"Would like some instruction on how to install.

My assumption is to place cmpci.sys in my Win XP (Home Edition) C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers directory. Then, attempt to install the driver for my sound device located on my PC100 MAINBOARD Pentium II M767V."

"Valeu!Yeah!I was trying to install the PC100 on board audio (after install Windows XP) all day long and...finally...I got it! Success. First I installed the cm8338.inf and after the cmpci.sys!Thanks a lot!"
