"The downloaded EXE file does not install at all. It provides an error message, saying:

"Error in 16-bit Windows-Program

File "C:\Dokume~1\Marian......\Temp\PFTAE~~1\Setup.exe" or component not found. Check path name or file name and missing library files. OK"

"Downloads OK and do get initial setup screens when double click but then error message saying device not connected and quitting setup - any advice?"

"printer works but i cannot get it's menu on computer screen to do any corrections or or use creative printing. when i tried to reload the driver i got the same error as everybodu. do not know what to do."

"Driver seems to work however if the printer is not attached to the computer I keep getting "Device Driver" crashes from it. I'm sure Sony will claim they don't know about it."

"Driver shows under MYCOMPUTER, and as USB Digital Photo Printer (Hardware Device list), but ... does not allow ADD NEW PRINTER. Unaccessible via Graphics software, or as card reader. Please advise, if anyone knows solution. HDG"

"Now can use as printer, but cannot access the files on the memory stick other than to see properties...photo programs are not recognizing. Any ideas?"
