"it did install ok, (looks like it was it's driver)

next, reboot, and still ok

next, reboot or shutdown, blue screen

noticed in control panel, modems, diags -> can't comm with the modem ...

I don't blame the driver, maybe my mistake"

"Well, it seems this was what i was looking for. Now my motorola pci modem works with full sound (line in and line out).

If your need is to make it work as second sound device for mic in and line out with WinXP PRO this is it. Go For it, and tell us if it worked too!"

"I collect and repair hundreds of old computers. ( kidbots.com ) so drivers are always needed. Thanks for this driver. Normally a "new" computer is Win98-ish, and sometimes has enough resources to tweek to XP."
