It does, but with annoying black borders on the edges of the horizontal (I'm not talking about the black borders on the top and bottom associated with wide screen). Why it does not support a Dierct 3D 9+. It required a recent version of DDI (more than 7).

"People, I have an asus laptop with a sis M650 651 650 740 chipset. I wanted to connect my laptop to my TV. I have only black and with colors. Somebody told me thats because of the difference between ntsc and pal. My tv recieves ntsc siglales from my laptop. But my TV is in Pal. Normaly with a G force card its easy to change the signal. But with this chipset I cant change

"Thanks. This driver solved my problem. I have a Sony Vaio (desktop) Model pcv-rx755. It came with one physical harddrive, partitioned into c and d . The restore disks Never worked. So I reformatted the harddrive into one 60 gig drive and these drivers setup my built in graphics perfectly (SI 650/740)"

"Agree with John...downloaded this to Sony Vaio PCV W20 after upgrading to XP Pro and it gave me my full screen back. Spoke with Sony after running the file from their site(which did nothing) and they informed me that the Sony PCV W20 does not support XP. Thanks very much."
