Additional Notes

This is the directory for the hsp 56 modem files staright off the oem cd that came with this computer. The dir says "Win 2K", but I tried these drivers on Win XP Home and they made this hsp 56 modem work! I am using the modem to write this note and upload the file. You will be presented with a screen by XP that says the driver is not tested, but I ignored that and installed and it works for XP Home! The file is a little too big for floppy - 1.51 MB. It worked for me for an hsp 56 integrated modem on a Jetta notebook, but may work for other hsp 56 modems as well. Tried other hsp 56 files supposed to be for XP found here, and they did not work (were missing an exe file, it seems. Enjoy!
