"i have a notebook pc of toshiba model no.2750dvd that is pre loaded win98 i will try to upgrade this to xp but modem driver not working properly .in device manger shows "pcmcia card " with yellow exclamation mark.please help me to recover this.no proper driver found in the internet"

"i used this driver using windows 2000 professional but the modem is still not recognised... can someone please help me. i also tried the other driver [FM5605-L V2.2.zip] & that one didn't work either. HELP!!!"
