"I downloaded this driver for a friend and installed it with the setup program (on windows XP) and tested it and all worked fine. Please note the modem was a SuperMagic 56k pcmica from io magic with the lucant fcc code on it, it also said (on the pcmcia card)it was a v.90 only but when i checked it out in the device MGR it said it was a v.92(under modem diags)--hummm???--s

"I downloaded this file from the Agere WebSite to run on a Phoebe Micro 1456VQC-T5 modem under Windows 2k. The result was utter failure and I had to go back to Phoebe's 5.70 driver then run windows update to upgrade to the 5.75 driver from MicroSoft. I am running an Acer LAptop Extensa 502T. The Microsoft 1456VQC-T5 V5.75 works but my connections are still very slow."
