"There's a problem with this sound chipset that I've seen where no matter what driver you use it won't play any sound. The driver might or might not be good, but once you get this bug...none of the drivers versions I found would work. This was on a HP computer that was very new. They reloaded it with the restore discs from HP and the sound never worked since."

"I had high hopes for this after reading the comments & ratings, but I can't get past the initial install execution. It keeps telling me it can't create the installation folder, clean out the temp files (I did, it's a fresh O/S install) & to make sure I have permissions to install (yup - I'm the Administrator).

"Windows states that the device is in correctly configured. It is a Plug and Play Web Cam for which Windows 7 Could not automatically find a driver for. I an not able to get sound when I video chat or record. My sound card works fine."
