"had trouble with the pc locking up after installation. It wanted Win95 base install files which I did not have."

"This is GREAT! It works on my aptiva 2176-x65(windows 98 se) although the dos driver stated diff. model & win version. however, MUST follow instructions in APTIVA.txt. My pc hang after 2nd dos diskette but I just reboot & continue install the win driver. Thanks a lot!"

"Thanks for the driver, I installed it onto a clone PC. It installs modem onto com4, and when I try to connect.It cannot find a dialtone. Same procedure has worked on another PC. Any clues"

"Exactly what I was looking for. It's a big file, all right - 7 meg+ - but it includes all IBM Mwave sound and modem drivers for DOS and Windows. Thanks."

"it's a huge file that takes ages to down-load. i cancelled it after 4megs. far too big"
