"IT does not workkkk mybe it was uploaded wrong , because it says` ini file is not found... if you have this sound card , good luck my frend , this is day 4 for me .. NOT TRY THIS ONE , will mybe if you want to lose you'r time"

"It seemed to take at first and then ran into problem. I was prompted for "HSF ModemInstallDisk Disk 1" Not sure what to do from there. Will keep trying. Thanks anyway. If you've got the answer, please email me."

"Worked great. I was quite surprised actually, given the track record of these cheaply-made resource-dependant pieces of junk. To all of you who've never invested in a Conexant/Rockwell chipset...DON'T. They SUCK. But at least this driver works...thanks again! driverguide.com never disappoints."

"Looked on the Askey homepage, they didn't list the model # but had all the others around it. Glad you posted this, hope it will cure some lock up problems this machine has been suffering."

"Only driver link to this "conexant" modem is the # V1456VQH-R6. Without your link to this number, I would not have found a driver. This driver Loaded just fine and restored function after I lost the drivers for this PCI modem. Thank you!!!!"

"no problems all i had to go on was v1456vqh-r6 and it works great still not sure if its v90 however. It shows up as a conexant soft56. Conextant is simply the chip maker not manufact of modem..."
