Execute the file (sup_inf.exe) to a folder (e.g. c \modem). Then in the control panel screen, double click on system. Since this is a Plug & Play device, you should have it listed under device manager with a (?). Then double click in the driver tab and upgrade it typing the location of the files you already unpacked.
