after a 2 hour hunt - computertech.server101.com/xpro.htm)
Next i went onto the PcChips site, downloaded M575.
I then downloaded AMIFlash.com.
PS. print out a copy of the instructions of "how to" on the PcChips site.
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, so i can see how many peole i've helped -)
