"Yes, It worked as a charm!, thank you. It was such a journey 1) no FCC ID on the card, 2) win98 allowed me to operate it, as 56Kbps Modem Internal (CL-MD5650), and 3) using Hyperterminal, I inquire the modem, typing "ATI7", the modem response was NCI 1011J-56KifxvC Internal Modem 000 But what is NCI? Then, I accidentally step on an alphabetic-list of modem manufacturer
