Put the file on c \ or on a floppy along with amifl815.exe and type in amifl815 99101~1.rom it will then execute (now according to pcchips website when complete you clear cmos (by changing jumper located by middle pci slot)and then when rebooted enter the setup program)I did this and it worked okay
