"This is the download from the Netgear site. There is an img file and a pdf document. For some reason there is no exe file to install the firmware/drivers. This download is of no use. I am trying to get the firmware from Netgear but the techs seem to have a hard time understanding that I need an actual working program. I think there is a language barrier. If I am successful

Just to make sure, I downloaded v3 of the software in a zip file from Netgear. It opened and gave me a exe file! Too bad I have v2."
