"I was trying to find a driver with a chip that was not listed but close to the number of the chip for this driver. Windows XP or 98SE did not recognise this driver. I cannot recomend this driver. Not because it is a bad driver, but the wrong one."

"The link for this file refers to a video drivers file. The file Ess_AudioDrive.exe is in the same directory. Copy the link, paste it into a new window, replace Sis530.cat with Ess_AudioDrive.exe and the file will download."

"I'm sure they probably work for the SIS graphics card, but the link that led to these drivers is supposed to be for the ESS488 sound card. I'd sure like to have the drivers that are listed for this link."
