"This is a sham. CJ2050.WRI is not a driver at all. It is a "Read Me" file which opens with MS word. Shame on you for practicing such deception. Please refund me the money you charged me for downloading this file, or else I will expose you for engaging in a deceptive practice."

"As opposed to some other manufacturers, Lexmark has left us in the lurch with Windows 2000 and Windows XP. I have a perfectly good working JetPrinter 2050 which is not compatible to XP Home or Professional. Surprisingly, the 1000-1100 series is. Can anyone out there guide me to possible solutions for this, in other words, has anyone upgraded the drivers for the 2050 or

"It is absolutely wastage of time. I contacted to Lexmark customer service and they ask me scrap this printer and buy new. I was shocked with the Lexmark’s customer service level. Is it an International Company?????

Is it still surviving in this competitive world??????????
