"This driver seems to do the trick, I had problems with the ethernet portion on a p2p setup, but the problem was on the "server" machine.

"sorry, this driver didn't work for me. i tried to install it after lightning zapped the conexant driver on my winXP PC, and XP canned the driver as being unapproved for XP... thanks anyway."
