"Worked perfectly on a Pavilion 6470z. Windows XP Pro had installed a generic HCF modem which caused IRQ_NOT_EQUAL system crashes. To install this driver, simply navigate through Driver Update screens, select "Have Disk" and override all of Windows objections about an "unblessed" driver."

"Please Not this driver is tested Under windows 2000 PRO, Server, Advanced server & Windows XP pro, Not Home edition(See if it works under Home edition too). This will Work with HCF 56k Internal DAT FAX PCI Bsed modem not HSF. Before installing to get info of ur modem whether it is HCF or HSF one more thing this is Only valid for asian Regions for US Region of North america

"I've install the driver , but it still won't work in XP. It has installed as a modem device in the device manager but the modem won't receive or transmit fax. Maybe I should revert back to windows 98."
