"The zip file has multiple folders, but there is no setup.exe that will install everything you need. Go to every folder and run the setup.exe in that folder. After everything is installed, the tuner will work. For some reason, the default setting for audio is OFF so you need to turn it on. hf. You need to change the video input setting from STANDARD to the 3 letter setting that starts with the letter I. Good luck, it worked for me on a non-SONY Windows XP computer."

"This version of Gigapocket, I believe, is a newer version that came with my computer. (Sony Vaio PCVRS720G) This driver/software package (gigapocket 5.5)worked most excellently, and enabled alot of things that got disabled when I had to do a clean re-install on my computer. "It kind of works, the only problem is the device is proprietary to a sony computer. Its kind of unstable and the remote will not be recognized. Also media center will not recognize that there is a capture card on the computer."

"No automated install process. Requires manual driver update. Install went quickly and without problems. Installed on Sony PCV-R5330G.

SONY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR NOT SUPPORTING THEIR OWN HARDWARE!"
