"It's not for WinXP. During installation it says "for windows NT 4.x"

I continued installation and it still desn't work."

"Just wanted to say that I copied the address on Rick J's entry and pasted it in my web browser, saved the file and voila! Works beautifully. Using Windows 2000 pro and a logitech quickcam model number LKD4 and part number 881030-0000."

"Yes, this vc cam driver is available from logitech web page. It is buried deep under downloads. It took me a while to figure out that it had installed in WinXpPro because it goes under "sound, video, and game controllers" as "legacy video capture devices". It didn't make my old b/w Connectix Quickcam work. (square lens opening) Oh well. It was a research toy at work th

"I downloaded this file for my Connectix VC parllel port Webcam, for use on my Win2000 Professional OS. It installed and worked flawlessly. I downloaded the file from Logitech's FTP site the path to the file is ftp.logitech.com\pub\techsupport\quickcam\vc\vc415.exe Easy to install. Just make sure your webcam is disconnected when installing the software. Then shut down the
