"As everyone knows to having problems due to os reloaded or formating problems I have also problem with sm56 modem card with my xp os but thank you I have find this it really works but without sound...."

How to Update PCI SoftV92 Voice Modem Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
