"Purchased Creative RM-900 Remote off ebay couldnt get it to run with any other generic programs. Works 100% with Live!DriveIR. Eric states that this driver is not supplied by the creative website which is correct. THIS IS THE ONLY WEBSITE WITH THE ORIGINAL PROGRAM, UPDATE AVAILABLE @ www.creative.com/support ONLY!!! How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
