You must install this software before ever connecting your camera to the PC. If You have allready connected your camera or installed another drive, uninstall the old driver if need be. Reboot, and go to c \windows\system32 and delete the file named cdbrowser.dll then install your software and connect your camera. Power the camera up and go to my computer, and click on "My Camera". Hope it works as well for you as it did on my XP Pro.

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
