it looks like the TI TSB12LV26 was used by Adaptec for their firewire card. ref. the link for instructions, and the files are from 2k pro SP4 I don't know what other OSes they will work for

the device I have is enumerated as: Texas Instruments TSB12LV26 OHCI-Lynx IEEE1394 Host Controller

on the card it says:

Adaptec Firewire1394 AFW-4300A LP UNIV HOST ADAPTER 1973600 REV:A 0209 CTB2332-06812 00B0039256

"Worked like a charm, Texas Instruments OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller. Just reinstalled the driver after unpacking/unzipping the downloaded file. Chose wich destination for XP to find the drivers, and viola :)"
