"Hi, couldn't find this driver nowhere but in here. The image acquisition works fine when used from adope photoshop 7.0. However, after installation windows didn't like some of the new drivers and prompted me to restore them with the original ones from the windows xp cd rom. "I was able to get the driver to install fine under Win XP, SP1. However, I am getting and error code 0x2 pop up after rebooting and would claim that the self test failed.

I downloaded the TWAIN Developer's Toolkit (http://www.twain.org/), and ran through the program called Twack_32 and actually got a little further.

ll show up but the Image Reader's self test passed and would be ready to scan. When making an attempt to scan, the Twack_32 and the Image Reader Driver would lock up. I couldn't end the process at that point.

"Like my old driver for this scanner, it seems to work - but after loading it, Win XP SP1 boots with an "Error 0xA2" every time. Looks like I'm stuck buying a new scanner."

"if u used this driver for xp pro and it works, your smokin crack...this driver is original from oe cd (win 3.1, win 95)...you are all smokin crack if you can get this to work"

"Thanks for saving me the purchase of a new scanner for 2 to 3 photos a year. So far works GREAT with MGI Photo Suite and Paint Shop Pro 7 in Windows XP Pro. Again Thanks"

"I've resolved the issue with Office 2000 and the driver works fine!! Issue is another Twain driver (wrong product) was also present. I deleted that driver and Word/powerpoint asks which twain device to use and select scanner."
