"Real truoble with this one (two separate PCs tried).

Mandatory prompt to register & accept updated version began download and continued without an end in sight: System restarted with same result. Had difficulty in removing utility also, as tray icon would not 'ready' correctly or 'froze' on selection of 'Exit' command. Progam removed by using 'End Task' on the .exe

"i didn't install as this comes up as firmware which is a flash directly to the drive and could damage the cd rom drive if is incorrect."
