"STEPS:

1) INSTALL THE .INF FILE.

2) IN THE DRIVER WINDOW OPTIONS CLICK ON NOT TO GO THE INTERNET TO SEEK DRIVER AND GO TO INSTALL FROM A DESIRED LOCATION. CHOOSE FIRST OPTION USING A PATH AND SELECT WHERE YOU HAVE THE FILES FOR INSTALLATION.

3) WAIT UNTIL THE INSTALATION IS DONE, IF IT ASK YOU FOR A FILE .SYS OR .INF, JUST CHOOSE THE PATH TO YOUR FILES LOCATIO

"Works with my NeoMagic MagicGraph 256ZX in a ibm thinkpad 600x, you need a file with the name "neo20xx.sys", if you cant find in the winxp cd, i use one that i find in other drivers for win2k. One thing to finish, forget directx, in my laptop dont work.
