"for the type of computer that was built under win98se for a children's pc the graphics are rich and clean with no jittery or lost color. the driver installed

great and the software used for children's games which are using directx 9 or less

were found to be very stable running ."

"After trying this driver and a few others from this site and not getting anywhere, I downloaded the one from the nVidia site, rather a large file of 41 MB, I still did not get out of trouble! Then I realised the CMOS setting may not have been right and sure enough the card needs an IRQ assigned to it. So that was it!

Probably all the drivers I tried would have work

ed but since the nVidia one works OK there is no point in going back to the other ones I tried. I can't complain about the display I'm getting from the nVidia.

"I am running Win98, This driver will NOT work without XP or Win2000 (I know it says it is a XP driver) Just want to save some time for others that are looking for win98 drivers."
