"well all i can say is that i have been testing this driver over a few weeks and have not had any problems,what soever install was easy just sit back while it installs itself then do a reboot as easy as that and the snd card i am using with this driver is a CT4810 by Creative and the o/s is Windows98SE.

the driver does work well have fun.

"I have Windows XP SP3 and the driver works very well. The install seemed to be a bit odd, because the EXE-file that I downloaded looks like a custom user-made package. However, it is trustworthy. You simply can unpack the EXE with 7-Zip or Winrar to a folder and then you have the plain driver files. From the device manager you can now point to the unpacked files during ins

"Worked like a charm.

It was a manual install, all required steps were documented as required.

Once installed the Resources were initially conflicting with other devices, but that was easily rectified by checking the "Use automatic settings" check box and rebooting. All's well now."

"I installed this in a 1994 ISA Creative AWE 16/32 card. Wow! You have to be careful not to blow your speakers out. Excellent sound clarity. Not hard to understand why this card sold for US $500 in Singapore in 1994. I'm using W98Se, Soyo 5EMA+v1.1, K6-III @400MHz,Harmon Kardon speakers. Good luck, the installation took several tries."

"Windows XP had a corrupted Microsoft Kernel Wave Audio Mixer device driver and I had no sound output on my Audigy. I installed this driver and scanned for hardware changes after uninstalling the corrupted driver and now I have sound again thanks to driverguide.com and the people uploading there drivers and comments about how they worked for them."

"Windows 2003 Standard server, service release 2, Build 3718. Lots of resource problems with Audio card. Installed the driver, pointed the first problem device in device manager to the inf files, Windows one at a time updated everything. Thanks for posting this driver."
