"This driver worked fine for my Ezonics EZCam USB under WinXP.

I just extracted the files from the .exe and went into device manager and told it manually what directory the driver was in.

Kudos!"

"Windows XP

This driver worked better than the one that Ezonics had on their site to download and use.

The way I used it was I:

1. Extracted the files to a folder on the desktop.

2. Went to the Control Panel (Through the start menu).

3. Went to System (Classic view control panel).

4. Clicked the Hardware tab, then Device Manager.

"I don't know what I am doing wrong, I have followed the directions provided, multiple times, multiple different ways, and I still can't get it to work. I get the error "Cannot install this hardware. The hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software" Please help!!! What am I doing wrong???"

"This driver works great.One problem though.It does not detect the camera in MSN MESSENGER. It detects it in net meeting.But thats old news now. I think the problem is the fact that it's not represented in the control panel,So Messenger doesn't know where to look for it.If you try to add it on in the add hardware section of the control panel.It ask's for a .inf file. "Come on guys. When unzipping choose a folder in my documents and unzip to that folder. Plug camera in. Follow install wizard when camera is detected. Choose the same folder as a specific locaion for sofware to run this camera. bingo...."
