I have been downloading files for a (PCTEL-pct789T-c1---AMI-2014F/2014C) and It seems strange but in this file, there are NO SETUP OR INSTALL files for this modem and also there are no UART files or is this a defect in the modem itself?

"This driver looked perfect for PCTEL modem PCT 789T-C1 AMI-2014F, but I think it didn't download properly. When I tried to extract the file I got a message saying that the file had ended suddenly. I was not able to install it."
