"I installed the driver by going to Device Manager and updating the driver. At first, it said that it could not install because the file was in use. I rebooted and tried it again. This time it said that the driver was installed and I had to reboot. I went for it, but the reboot never finished - it froze after a minute or two. I tried this a couple of times, and it froze bot
