"This driver to my knowledge only works with Windows 3.1, 95, and 98 (both FE & SE). Windows ME is a maybe and definately Setup crashes under Windows 2000. And I bet XP won't work either. Then again this driver was written back in 1995 (10 years ago)."

"THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I was just given a computer (older DELL) when FEDEX destroyed my tower in transit when sending to my brother.in.law, Mitch in CA for upgrades, etc.

I've sent an email to EPSON with no reply but my brother.in.law, who being a member of this site and AWESOME with computers in general, found this tonight.

writer and have desperately needed my printer...I was out of luck until tonight!!! It works like a dream!!! I totally recommend downloading and using this driver for this printer without any hesitation whatsoever.

Thank you soooo much for posting this...It seems that this printer being a "860a" has been a nightmare in finding a match but not anymore!! I'm using Win98 SE and I'm back in business!!! Thank you again for posting this driver!"
