"After I installed the driver for XP I opened pc cam center and clicked on digitial camera and it failed to start download from camera to pc, didn't do me any good."

"I have also a problem with this camera in Win XP. It does not work at all and I cannot install the driver due to Win XP says it could not find the needed files for it. I have also been in contact with Creative Labs support and they only stop contacting me any moore. Ver very bad service. They advice me to change cameras........I would do that and no more buy Crative produc

"i bought web camera here in oslo.Web Cam Creative 300.Camera is very good i love to use it but,i always got softwhere problem.its not compitable with windows xp.its good for win me but very bad for xp"
