ERROR ---The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows application. Then it will ask to close it.

"Hello, I dowloaded the file ViCAM6858.exe you suggested. installed it on my windows XP system. Plugged my camera on LPT Port. But the program doest find the camera on any port. could you help me please ? Thanks for reply."
