to install read the manual included (watch the warnings), it works with all windows except 31/dos, I installed for a U100tx2 but seems to work with u133tx3/u133/u100/u66/u33, just put it in a floppy.

How to Update Win9x-ME Promise Ultra133 TX2 (tm) IDE Controller Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
