"Looks like A4tech make this mouse for IBM. You could try looking at www.a4tech.com/en for updates. Not 100% clear from their website which mouse matches the M027FO IBM mouse I have as they qualify them in how many buttons and wheels your own mouse has. I didn't see an exact match for mine. er the mouse over the poup window when yoy click either the left button or depress the wheel shows garbage (foreign language interpretation maybe?), but the toolbar itself works well.

"I did not try to install this driver aftr reading the readme.txt file. It is states that this driver is for a A4Tech Mouse. I did not try to find out if the driver/mouse are the "same" as the IBM one. I cannot find any references to this mouse at IBM.com. However I found these drivers that seem to be multifunctional for this mouse. I find no problems after installation...
