"My old driver was DT0398/dt0399 version 2.20 used by 98se.

I am trying to find a version that will work for the same hardware on XP."

"I tried to install the driver on XPSP2, the install was clean, after restart the PCI Audio device was installed, then again it tried to install the input game device, but, couldnt, instead it installed the audio device again."
