This is the BEST XP sound card driver for Crystal WDM Audio Codec, I searched for it for a very long time, then finally acquired it from cirrus Logic direct. If you are having problems after installing XP on your laptop or PC this driver is all you Need!! enjoy!!!!....

"First installation as per instructions made no difference - all sound still sounded like a robot's teeth chattering! De-installing the drivers via Device Manager and re-booting did the trick. New devices were found, and now all DXDIAG sound tests work OK. My antiquated system is happy once again."

How to Update Crystal WDM Audio Control Registers Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

How to Install a driver from Device Manager
