"The file downloaded OK but then uninstalled the driver that was already on my computer - which I thought was OK as it wasn't working properly, But the downloaded file didn't install a new driver."

"Driver did not work on its own - I also needed three files which I found from a previous installation in WINDOWS/INF. They are FASHCV21.INF, FASHCS21.INF and FASHCC21.INF. After putting these in place, Windows loaded the drivers and the camera was recognised."

"Doesn't appear to work on WinXP as a camera, although I haven't tried TWAIN support yet. Wanted it as a webcam, which appears to work on Win 2K, but not on XP"
