"Driver download was easy, install worked to enable the use of the special keys on the eMachine keyboard. Very easy to program for different actions. The system is a eTower 633irx which is now a word processor in my wife's office."

"it loaded keyboard it did work but must start program each time windows reboots ps it on a dell now maybe that why it that way"

"Awesome!!! I've searched everywhere for this driver - eMachines website was NO HELP AT ALL!!! I lost the driver when I upgraded to XP Pro and thought it would be simple to find... it WASN'T. Thanks Geno!!! Suggestion: Print both "Instruction" files first, update driver next, then install eKeys shortcut last. Easy as 1-2-3..."

"I installed the driver on an E-Tower 533i which was recently upgraded to XP Home Edition. The driver works well. The part that I am unable to get to work is the portion of the driver that gives me access to my 19 programmable keys. I have recieved the following 2 errors:

"I have XP Pro, it has a seperate included .ini for XP & works great. Just choose update driver manually then browse to named ini file in included instructions. Last step is to make shortcuts of EZKOnScrn.exe, & eKeys.exe and put in start folder or run manually if you want. One is for on-screen graphics, the other, keys control setup & task bar icon. "WORKS GREAT! I've had this keyboard for over 2 years and needed to do something about those buttons that weren't serving its purpose!

One problem tho....each time I click a green button, instead of opening the site in a new window, it just replaces the current window I am working on, with the one I have selected.

Is there a solution to this, or do I just have to suck

it up? Because it is really annoying to not be able to use the keys for several of my main sites without loosing the one that I already have open.

If there's a way to fix it please let me know! IT WOULD HELP A TON!

"Install was a bit rough; Windows did not like the fact that the driver was not digitally signed which caused multiple doomsday-like warning messages that were a bit unnerving. Otherwise all was well. The author of this driver was more helpful than eMachines tech support."

"I found a couple of these keyboards laying around and finally found a driver to work. Run XP home and 98SE on different machines and driver worked for both. Follow instructions that were included and worked on first try

"This is the one for WinXP, hands-down! If I was'nt stubborn as an ass, I would have tossed this keyboard to the curb. DG has four files listed for this device and WinXP, I tried them all, this one LAST! It's Great, no problems. Just follow the instructions."

"I followed the instructions contained in the zip file and it worked perfectly on WindowsXP Professional. Just add a shortcut to C \Program Files\EasyKey\eKeys.exe to C \Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup to have the program start automatically. My keyboard has Model Number eKB - 5190"
