"This driver didnt work, if crashes my computer, i got this the chipset number is correct and the card, however i found a driver that works for this modem. On my card there is a small sticker and i found out it uses the MODEM BLASTER DI5630_9X DRIVER FOR CREATIVE LAB. It works great now and faster than before. you can find this driver on this site.
