"This driver didn't work at all. It seems as though the system is looking for an .inf file or it won't load at all. It is frustrating as I've tried several (so called) drivers and none will work."

"I unzipped the contents of the file and selected "add" in the "phone and modem options" dialog, "have disk", then browsed to the directory where I unpacked the stuff and selected "intelh51.inf", but nothing installed. ¿Qué pasó?"

"I tried installing this driver with my old server modem. Although the modem was functional under Win98 in the server, it did not function under WinXP. Modem or driver? I don't know."
