"This driver did not work with my internal modem with the FCC ID of IFAXDM56V14H on a sticker next to the ports on the outside. The driver that ended up working was in the vhcf2-9x.zip file.

After the installation went through the modem diagnostics identified the card as Conexant HCF V.90/56k Data,FAX,Spea..."
