"Have tried all the different drivers available for this modem, but it will only communicate at 28800 when the driver is installed. Guess what....? It works at 56600 to 115200 when using the Win98SE Standard external 56K modem (Flex) driver. I have changed back to that one and deleted all copies of the 3020 driver from my system. Good luck to anyone who uses the Puretek
