"Installed after install of Umax driver and followed the instructions. Once it was done the scanner works good. I'm pleased, saved me from buying a new scanner."

"I was glad to find this driver for a UMAX scanner I found in a second-hand store for $4.00.

I am basically neutral about it. I installed it on my system but did not use it extensively as my objective was to bring the scanner up in place of my own to assess it for my daughter and sil's use.

Driver seems to work adequately with the UMAX device. I encountered so

The drivers worked just GREAT! Just be sure to install

vs335u first and then 2xxxupdater. When finished with the

install reboot and away you go. No muss no fuss. Thanks

alot guys or maybe I should be saying gals. har

"Driver worked great for me. Follow the installation advice of BaconHedd (posted: 16 Jul 2003) and you should have no problems with the installation, or at least I didn't. Worked like a charm.

"WTG Sibby. This in conjunction with the XP scanner wizard worked like a charm. I hadn't used this scanner since I purchased a Lexmark...at least they updated my printer drivers for me. I will NEVER buy another Umax product again because of their horrible support."
