"I found this driver does not work with the ultra33. The problem may have been compatibility between the ultra3 and the intel 915 socket 775 motherboard I am using. Otherwise, the drivers worked fine with the Ultra66 and Ultra100Tx2"

"After downloading this driver I found it it was older than the version I had so I did NOT use it or try it. I can't say one way or the other if it's good or bad, sorry."

"I'm using XP pro and tried to install this driver on the system. I used both the WinME and the Win2000 versions of the driver and neither worked on the system. WinME gave me an error during the install and Win2000 comes up *device won't start (10)* so I'm still looking for a viable XP driver for this card."

"You should have put in everything BUT xp. There is no xp folder when this file is unzipped, so I'm assuming there is no xp driver."

"Has solved my EasyCD hang problems. The optical drives are on a Promise Tech UltraDMa/66 card. This was the only driver that I could find for WinXP.Have to recomend it."

"Brian, When I downloaded the driver, it shows NT, 98, 2000 but no XP. I tried to load each of those to get my Ultra66 working. Nothing. Comments or suggestions?"

"I've had the ultra 100 controller and downloaded the driver and the bios from the promise site and nothing. Then I got a Ultra 66 and downloaded two different drivers including this one from this site. NOTHING. When I go to the device manager and try to "re-install" the driver....it tells me that this device (which I know works) is not working. I'm running XP
