"The driver might be satisfactory...but...a HCF Country settings appeared in the Control panel...blank...none of the countries were listed. there was no input for typing the country in, either. When I, attempted a dial up connect...the blank request for a country code appeared and stopped my progress. I could not delete the form...nor could it be found on the task manager.

"works perfectly with "Conexant HCF v90 56k Data/Fax PCI" modem, as it will show in "systems" but NOWHERE on the card! This came from a Compaq Presario 5900Z with a small Compaq sticker and could be a GVC, Liteon, or Rockwell product. Chip has "conexant RH56D-PCI". The large paper label on card has "model: F-1156IV/R9". the other 2 dr

"It didnt´t work at all. I dont´t know whether it is a problem with the driver itself. Thought the modem was labelled as a Conexant HCF V90 Data Fax PCI the driver was unable to recognize it. I had to use the drivers for a Rockwell RH56D-PCI R6795-12 chipset, which worked fine."

"I tried to install a pc running NT4.It strted to run, but when it reached 100% I get the following message: Error was "RUNWINNT- entry not found on the string table". I know it is a CONEXANT modem card as I have opened up the pc to check.
