"1. This driver with the name "4100 USB Scanner" is the same as my OEM supplied driver named "USB Scanner". It has the same irritating charateristic that you need to re-install it for every Windows XP account for which it will be used, because of a not accessable "source.ini" file.

ersion date of "12/1/2002", but it installs (as my present OEM driver does) with a version date of "12/1/2001". So, to get this driver 'update' from my "drivers-to-download"-list, I manually had to change the version date in the "PmxScan.inf" file from 2001 to 2002.

"Take the x64 out of the supported Os list plz

this is a 32bit driver, it will never work on x64 OS

But for those on 32 (x86) this driver works very well"
